30 Day Challenge

Hello Friends,
I am starting a 30 day challenge on Jan 1st and am not sure if it should be:
1- BodyRock 30 day challenge
2- Run 1 mile a day
3- Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

Currently I have Kick box/ Jiu-Jitsu (strike, grappling) training 3 days a week for 1 hour minimum. The other days of the week I need something quick. I am not a member of a gym (other than the MA center). I do have kettle bells, hand weights, jump ropes and a treadmill at home. Thoughts, suggestions?
