    What did you do? Just calorie restriction? Excercise? Awesome progress btw!
    I ate cleaner, drank water and eat only turkey and chicken meat wise. I work out as much as I can. I also EAT protein and lots of it and limit refined anything (sugar, carbs, etc) I made sure what went out was greater than what went in.:) I also love hiking so that helped a lot. My advice is find something you love that gets you moving and run with it. You'll lose weight quick and wont think about food. That was me anyway. I would pack a healthy lunch and go for a hike in the Cumberland's and enjoy my lunch afterwards over a mountain and waterfall overlook. Very rewarding.
