    I love steaming it with some kale and shaved carrot. I'll eat that as a meal or have it as a side. Sauteing it is wonderful as well!

    I like to stir fry it with some kinda meat then mix it with udon noodles. Works in soup too. To be honest it works the same way as broccoli or spinach, treat it how you would them.

    Saute with garlic, onions, and a few chili flakes, add a tiny bit of soy sauce at the end. Enjoy!

    I use it by taking a large pot and adding some garlic and ginger quickly faux frying it in water till tender. Then adding one large carton of reduced sodium chicken broth turn the heat up till boiling. Then add frozen shrimp and chopped book chop. When shrimp are cooked add some chopped green onion and serve. Yummo
