Does anyone have any good detox plans they would like to share?

My detox plan is:
1) Eat less cookies
2) Eat more vegetables
3) Eat appropriate protein and fat
4) Drink fluids
5) Exercise
Should be detoxed in a few days by my calculations. Then I'm going to go with phase two, which consists of:
1) Eat less cookies
2) Eat more vegetables
3) Eat appropriate protein and fat
4) Drink fluids

Eat generally nutritious foods with enough protein and fats from a variety of sources.0
