my goal for 2012 was to weigh less than i did when i started the year - mission accomplished
for 2013, i will hit my goal weight!!!
That was my goal, too! That and to not get injured and to show up at the gym.0 -
I started this process at 356 in March. Now I am at 280. I also have worked myself up to walking a mile a day. My goal is to lose 100 pounds in 2013 and start the gym two or three days a week.0

I want to go back and read all the responses here. I think self reflection is one of the best things you can do for yourself and future changes and goal setting. I can say 2012 was a stellar year for me. I gained back part of the 80 lbs I lost, but I did discover thru a new trainer that I can lift heavy and build muscle where I did not know any existed. I have rehabbed a knee that was suffering thru proper exercise and learning the right form for certain exercises.
Goals for 2013... still working on my list, but definitely want to lose some excess baggage ( i.e. weight).0 -
My goal was to lose weight. And I did! 10 kilos For 2013 I want to continue losing weight but in a healthier, compact way.0

2012 has not been good to me physically. I pulled a ligament in my right foot in March doing too many high impact cardio classes and I've gained about 15 1bs. In September I pulled it together and started eating more calories and lifting heavy weights. Although I haven't lost any weight, I feel like I'm much stronger, have a really consistent work out program and am eating very healthy. I will get to my goal in 2013!! I will do it!!!0
