    i am all about being full, so this meal is huge and filling for just 300 calories!

    1/2 head of cabbage (about 375 gm) - 80 calories
    1 slice center cut bacon - 35 calories
    1/4 onion - 15 calories
    1/2 cup egg beaters - 60 calories

    fry bacon in pan and crumble, add onion and cabbage and cook until mostly tender, add egg beaters, cook until done and enjoy!

    This fills a plate and your stomach!

    1lb Ground chicken breast
    11/2 cup chopped portabella mushrooms(-keeps chicken moist-)
    spices of your choice (sometimes I use crushed low sodium beef bullion for a beefy flavor)

    mix together and form into patties makes about six patties six servings
    cook on grill low heat

    6 steamed asparagus spears
    1/2 of one medium sweet potato

    The next day I take a patty to work for lunch with a low cal bun and add avocado slices, onion and a thin sliced tomatoe
