Hey everyone! I'm new here and thought it'd be a good idea to introduce myself. I'm Jillian I'm 18 years old, i stand 5'1 from the ground (yeah I'm short lol) I currently weigh 121lbs and plan on getting down to 105-110lbs. When I was in middle school I was made fun of for being "fat" - in reality I was pretty big as a preteen. I went from 152lbs to 130lbs in 3 months, pretty extreme but I've kept it off. I finally got down to 121lbs. I was wondering if others have felt the way I do- even though I've lost weight i still see myself as how I was before the weight loss. I don't really see a big difference, others say I look smaller but I just don't see it. Has anyone else experience this? I also can't work out like other people do, I have a heart condition so any intense cardio is a major "no-no". However my heart beat is normally 100bpm while resting so when I just walk anywhere I'm basically getting a great cardio work out lol so I don't really need to do much exercise. If anyone wants to know more about me then feel free to leave a reply! Thanks(:

To be honest the only real way you can confirm to your body that you have changed is taking pictures before and after as there will be physical changes that you'll notice straight off the bat... your eyes see your body daily so its easy to be manipulated in thinking that you haven't changed!
Try and get a old photo of you and take another in the same spot and compare!
