Crazy.
I just did level 1, day 1 about 30 minutes ago.
Are you doing it?
I've completed it once before. I had really fantastic results. But almost as soon as I had finished it, I had some major life changes occur and really didn't follow through with my goals of doing some of JM's other workouts. So, I am going to do 30 day shred again, and then continue with other workouts after I am done.0 -
No I have seen a couple of minutes of it the other night and decided I wanted to try it in January...I have seen a couple results and it is like wow in One Month!!! So I am going to give it a try0

I've done it twice, and I always lose weight and inches. It's hard, but you get results and watch yourself improving every time you do it.0

I like it but it is hard, especially level 2 with those planks and lunges. I have seen a small increase in my strength and endurance, but then, got sick with cold and flu so I had to take a week off. I may be back at square one after Christmas when I get back to it.0

I just bought it yesterday... I'm thinking of starting on New Year's Day. I want my back to look like that!0

I just completely level one day 7 today. So 3 more days and level 2! It's hard but completely worth it!! I also received a TON of Jillian Michaels DVDs for Christmas so I have enough workouts and programs for at least 6 months. I love her. It hurts and you WILL be sore, but it is completely worth it. :drinker:0

I am starting it in January too...I heard a lot of people say they have lost inches and it has toned their bodies0
