I'm happy a lot of people like the sound of it! They are tasty, trust me. And if for some reason they don't come out really good, just do the whole "trial and error" thing. lol I find that's the best way. And sometimes adding a little bit more of one of the ingredients makes them even better. For me, it's Italian seasoning. Just a pinch more than I normally use makes a difference.

Anyone have an idea for side dish(es)?

I love mixed vegetables with it or you could do a small or medium sweet potato with a little butter and a pinch of nutmeg on top. To me, it tastes like pumpkin pie. haha

    .
  • Just an option for those who dont like tuna or are tired of it. I was tired of making tuna so switched to (canned) salmon patties.

*Instead of Italian seasoning and garlic, I use a half a spoonful of Dijon Mustard and some Chopped onion. Not much though. (just my preference)

*Instead of sald dressing I use ketchup. I cook them stove stop then throw some ketchup on them.

Quite possibly my favorite meal under 10 minutes. Just thought I'd throw out the way I cook them if there's anyone who doesnt like tuna or garlic. Enjoy! Great meal to have around your workouts
  • Let me add:
The OP was saying they make it into a full meal...I like to just make the patties by themselves, more like a protein snack I carry to work or a quick snack after/before the gym.

Bump! Bet this would taste good with salmon, as well. Thanks for sharing. ; )
