I was thinking of alternating swimming in the morning and lifting in the morning, since I've gotten my car back. Problem is, I don't know what else to add to the swimming to make it burn the most calories. I mean, when I weight lift, that's easy. 15 min warm up then going to work.
Swimming, I'm not sure how to warm up. I was gonna do what I did when I was on the team.
Warm up of: 5/4/3/2/1 sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks
Wall sits for one minutes
And then tricep dips
Does that sound good?
