good luck Cowboy. observing your own nutrition through the food tracker is a major step in the right direction. Gotta say it is most difficult during the holidays logging 3000 calorie days, but it is the truth, I should be able to handle it and be grateful that there's food on the table.

Good luck! I did the same about a year ago, and started at 335, and am ending the year around 295. Not where i'd like to be at this point, but 40 pounds is 40 pounds closer to my end goal!0
