I have been dieting since I was 16 years old & am now in the process of having bariatric surgery.
This tool will assist me in my journey to health & weight loss.
This website is another tool that I will be utilizing in this journey.
Tracking what I eat, how I feel when I'm eating it or avoiding it & eventually my exercise.
