I can see the difference. You don't even look like the same person actually as you are happier and your hair is shiny just like your bubbly personality. Thanks for the inspiration you gave me this morning because I'm hoping that one year from now I can see that same difference in me. I started here Nov. 1st this year and I've lost 18 lbs. so far, so it's coming off slow but sure. It's the best way I believe. Will love to see you another year from now to see how maintainance works. Thanks again.
