So i have been working out a fair bit and to the point where i am tired and have sore tight muscles the next day sometimes two... any tips from you all on how to recover faster so i dont look like I am a frail old lady when I hold onto the desk to stand up the next day at work?

STRETCH!!! Before and after your workouts, stretch. Properly cool down (long, slow walk). Also, I've read about recovery snacks ... I had a small glass of milk and spoonful of peanut butter last night after a CRAZY workout, and I was just barely limpy when I got out of bed this morning.
