I'm 100 calories over, and starving. Ordinarily, I would walk until I had calories back to eat, but it's a little too late to go out walking alone in the dark.
Anyone got a good idea?!

100 calories is nothing. You're still at a deficit of 400 calories for the day, that's how MFP sets you up. The number they tell you to aim for is a 500 calorie deficit. Even at 100 over, you're still in a weight loss zone. Click the 'complete this entry' at the bottom of your page. You'll see that it will say tht you're still on a path toward loss. If anything, even if you go over by 500 on one day, that's maintanence. Don't sweat it. It's a holiday and you get to be human and enjoy yourself. You haven't lost any of your progress.0

what is your daily deficit set for?
it is baby jesus day
eat something for jesus0 -
I wouldn't worry about it, but if you're going to stress, jog in place for 1/2 hr while watching tv or listening to music. Then you'll burn cals AND you can eat something.0

What is your calorie goal set at? And one day isn't going to ruin you. You can always work it off tomorrow if it goes that over.0

How much do you eat in a day (how many calories)?0

Drink some hot tea - sometimes that makes my stomach feel full. Shadow box for 10 minutes or so.
But really, 100 calories isn't that big a deal0 -
Just eat something. This is only one day of your Journey.
You'll be fine. Don't stop believin'.0 -

OP, most people here have anywhere from a 250-1000 calorie built in to their goals. If this is the case for you, 100 calories over your goal is still a deficit from your TDEE, meaning you will still lose weight, just a fraction less. Specifically, 1/35 of a pound less than you would have otherwise this week. It's no biggie.0
