I wanted this useful tool with everyone. We've all heard that the BMI itself isn't an accurate measure of people's health status. The Web-MD calculator takes into account your waist size in addition and gives you a waist-to-height ratio to help determine your body shape. Mine is 0.77. They consider less than 0.5 to be a healthy ratio. Hope this helps! :happy:
