Lost over 20 lbs

Lost over 20 lbs before i joined. Joined looking to lose the last ten; Before i NEVER calorie counted i just switched from eating fried foods to baked or steamed and started execrcising 7/wk. when i joined mfp 1200 seemed a bit low for the amount of cardio/ strength training i did but i blindly trusted.... then i got the flu and was unable to exercize but lost more.. and so it began, im not eating enough! so i found a site, did tdee and bumped calories way up. if you'd like to encourage me plz add me. here is a history

Now i do 10k/5wk + 2 k row and heavy weights (i mean heavy for me) such as i can leg press 200 but can only bi curl 40 lb
