New Member/BodyMedia User

Hello, I'm new to MFP and new to using the BodyMedia. Trying to use both programs together. I'm trying to lose about 60lbs but wanting to do so in 20lb incriments. I have a busy work schedule that only allows me to hit the gym 3x a week. I work days and nights 12 hour shifts so staying motivated is very hard. I would really appreciate having some friends that I can lean on and they can count on me too. Also I'd love to exchange healthy recipies with others as well. So hard to find tasty healthy low cal food.
