Ok, working out today I stumpled across a thought. : ) When you do your goals, figuring out your calories and add in the cardio, you get a certain amount of darily calories based on weight, cardio etc. So if I do my say 30 minutes of cardio do I add that in under the exercise tab? Cause if I do it gives me extra calories. But aren't those first 30 minutes of cardio part of the original goals? OR do I put in anything over the 30 minutes of cardio?

If you have figured your total calories including activity then no, don't eat any exercise calories back. If you figured your total calories on a sedentary activity level, then you can eat your calories back
Hope this helps!
