2013 Goals

I know it's not the New Year yet but no reason to put off what can be done today! I'm hoping someone out there:flowerforyou: (preferably female) has at least one of my goals in common and would like to partner up to keep ourselves accountable.
1. Actually complete all 3 phases of Jamie Eason's Live Fit program. I've completed phase one in the past but got lazy and quit.

2. Run a half marathon and actually run the entire time and not walk at all. This will be my second but last time around mile 11 I hit the wall and had to start walking.
3. Clean up my diet so I'm eating as closely to clean eating as I can get. Some things I just can't give up (wine is one)
Somehow seeing it in writing is pretty motivating.

i'm with u on goals #2 and #3!!!
my half is may 26th and i don't plan on walking any of it!!
and as for #3--i am working my way away from canned/processed foods--also not giving up wine!! ;-)
