I keep seeing people talking about insanity and I guess I didn't know what it is because I'm in the UK - is it a workout dvd?

    It is an advanced level 60 day program by the makers of P90X. It is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout that utilizes no equipment, just your body weight to go through athletic style drills. You use 1 set of workout dvds in month 1 & a longer, more advanced set in month 2. It is led by Shaun T (of Hip Hop Abs fame).
