I was out with my friends after a long time and I ended up eating too much junk and desserts and all (though I am still under my calorie goal due to exercising..so yay ) But I feel Horrible!..my stomach is so full that I can hardly sit comfortably!
So pleaseee suggest me some workout or exercises sorts that I can do right now to ease it out?!? I do not want all of whatever I ate to turn into bad fat!
P.S- I can't walk outside as it's tooooo chilly outside and it's night here (in India)

Relax. Exercising while stuffed will probably be very uncomfortable. Get a good workout in tonight or tomorrow. Think long-term--what happens moments after you eat isn't necessarily important.0 -

Take a nap that always helps me0

water water water, yes, it will make you feel more full..... but also help "de bloat" you. avoid salts & fats & sugars for a day or 2. eat vegs again, flushing things away......0

Wait until you get a chance to digest some of it..you're not going to be able to work out successfully on a full stomach! Then, just get back up on the horse. Go back to your normal workouts, get back on a normal eating pattern, and just let this bit of overeating go. Many of us have done that over the past couple of days, and we're all facing the same thing. Just get back to it. I pushed myself through a 60-minute circuit training workout just a little bit ago, and I'm trying to keep my calories where they belong, or slightly under as long as I don't go TOO low (under 1300 for me, probably). And if you happened to have gained anything over the past few days, just relax, breathe, and refocus. You'll get everything back under control as long as you stay focused! Hang in there.0

Walk.
My mom always goes for a walk after dinner to help with digestion.
Sometimes just getting up and moving, nothing strenuous, just light activity, will help.
I always find that when I'm stuffed and uncomfortable, I feel better if I move around or walk for 5-10 minutes.0 -

Sit on the toilet, drink some water, have sleep then get back to fitness tomorrow. Take it easy on yourself.0

If you really want to move on that full tummy, and you are stuck inside due to cold weather, start by doing some light, active stretching (don't do anything where you'll be upside down....nuff said, LOL). Then maybe do some marches in places, then graduate to knee raises, be creative :-). But do everything slowly, as you fee the food moving around. After about 20 minutes of light exercise, you'll not only feel better, but you would have burned a couple of calories.0

Relax. If you're under your calorie goal, what you've eaten isn't going to turn into fat - bad or any other kind. Exercise probably won't make you feel any better physically, so just get plenty of fluids (but not so much you feel even worse) and give it time. You'll feel better in the morning.0

Seriously! Don't stress over it, it happens. When I first started losing weight, I would freak out and feel like giving up after one bad day. Don't! Weight loss takes time and all of your efforts (whether good or bad) add up over time. So if you have one bad day...just make up for it during the next few days! You can make up for your bad day today by having a really good day tomorrow and for the next couple days!
Work hard, but don't overwork and overstress yourself! But most importantly, never give up!0 -
drink some water and put your comfy PJ's on.
ONE night of overindulgence isn't going to rain a tonne of bad fat down on you.
If you really feel that guilty then dust your house and wipe the surfaces down as payback. Ta dah! Clean is good.0 -
wow that's a lot of information there! thanks y'all...:D0

I find swimming the next day always helps with a bloated stomach, though it would not be good to do on the same day!0
