Best exercise/video for thighs and buns?

My problem areas are really my thighs and butt. I've been doing 30DS and can see a vast improvement in my arms and abs and can feel the muscles in my thighs/buns, but those areas need a bit more help. Is there a good video for that, like Killer Buns and Thighs or Brazillian Buttlift, maybe Insanity??

I also just bought RI30, but haven't tried it yet.0

I like "The Firm" series personally. I still do the workouts every now and then. They focus on the whole body with strength training, but also incorporate cardio. My favorite is that there are so many different exercises to tone the hips, buns, and thighs! Check it out! :flowerforyou:0

Depends what you want to do. If you just want to lose fat on your thighs, then I'm afraid you're out of luck. There is no way of spot reducing.0

I agree that squats are great, but they don't incorporate all the muscles of the lower body. Plus, I like variety and just doing weighted squats is boring.0 -
If you have an iPhone also try NTC (Nike Training Club) and do the leaner legs workout. Since doing that and running I have lost two inches off my hips. Which, as you know, is a lot!0

Bob Harper's Cardio Rev or Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs.0

Edit: For butts/thighs specifically. Squatting heavy (up to 120 lbs currently) has made my butt really perky. And I can cross my legs with no cellulite dimples now.0 -

What lower body muscles do they not incorporate?0
