Its time

I have been a member for a month or two but have not got serious. Well now that Christmas is over I am going to do this and get this unwanted weight off. I am a wife and have four kids (three of my own) I didnt have to try and lose anything after my girls. With my son I gained 30lbs. There is a five year age difference between my last child and previous so before getting pregnant with him I was working out all the time and had done weight watchers and lost 50lbs. I turn 30 in may and my goal is to start losing weight I know its realistic to reach my goal by then. I also want to run a half marathon before 30 (there is one in early May). I have my gym membership and with the support and help of my husband I have a schedule set aside for that. I am looking for food, receipe, and any ideas that would be helpful. ALSO some great support.
