well this is my 3rd time at trying this. i am hoping my motivation stays for longer. i have over 150lbs to loose, maybe more if they dont change my medication. i have bipolar you see and am on duloxetine, quetiapine and depakote, both the latter 2 have side effects of weight gain, and alog with that i have underactive thyroid and type 2 diabetes. so you see i have a hell of a long journey infront of me.
it doesnt help either that when i asked family not to get me chocolate for christmas, they get me chocolate. this is where the will power is supposed to kick in lol

Hiya
No reason why you cant succeed this time! Instead of looking at the total amount you have to loose, break it down into small manageable pieces. Perhaps focus on just 20lbs to start, once you reached that goal, look at doing another 20lb etc etc.
You can do anything once you put your mind to it, and you're back so that shows determination!!
Good luck to you on your journey, YOU CAN DO THIS!!0 -
