New here and I hope I can make many friends!

Hellooo. My name is Adia and I'm a teenager trying to lose a few pounds. I'm not one of those teens who don't even eat and hope to lose 10 pounds in a week. I am mature about this and I'm taking it slowly, just avoiding sugary foods and trying to exercise more! I want to make many friends on here because I tend to give up easily on my calorie watching. So I hope we can be friends and motivate each other and lose weight together!

    I have tried a lot of different diets before and have found this site more motivating than any other - even more so than the weight loss clubs!

    People commenting on your progress or diary or exercise is just such a boost! x
  • Yes. I'm just taking it slowly. Plus if I took it real quick, I think I'd get stressed to much! It's just not the way to go~

    Yeah I've tried other weight loss trackers but they just didn't seem to work very well, they didn't have a way to have friends on here!

    I think people motivating me will really help me keep track! :)
  • I was trying to explain this site to my Mum and basically ended up describing it as Facebook but healthy!

    Motivating others also motivates me - win win! x
