New looking for support system

I'm lmost 28 and 350. I've been exercising for about 3 years on and off. The first time I lost 35lbs but got stuck at 312lbs and then the support system crumbled, and with it, myself.
Been trying again and again but no luck. Determined to lose this weight and change the eating habits. I know what I need to do but tend to go away from it. Just need people with similar situation whom I can share the progress with.
