Very sad. I just don't have the time to go. I had been doing the stronglifts program and I'm really sad I have to give it up for the time being. I don't have space in my current home for a rack, bench, etc or I would definitely be saving up a few hundred dollars for those.
My question is are resistance bands a waste of time or would they be good for me to use? I am still not very strong so I feel like they might be ok for now? What are your thoughts? Can you do squats with those?

Resistance bands are great... just be careful not to snap them.
I used resistance bands when I did ChaLEAN Extreme, and they were very effective.0
