Hiya I'm a 22 year old girl from huddersfield and ive never been skinny but last few years have been up and down and now I'm trying to look after myself more and control my weight which seems to have crept up on me! I joined the gym in april 2012 and
Lost a stone which I'm happy about but seemed to have hit an early plateau! I'm gain weight easily and have a full time job which tires me out easily. I enjoy sleeping a lot which doesnt help my endevour! I wsnt to loose weight realistically because I'm not going to train at 5am daily, itry to go togym atleast twice a week for an hour and do have a prefrence to healthy food rather than takeaways. I don't drink and ienjoy fashion. I'm a size 14 sometimes 16 sometimes 12 (on a good day) but dress sizes don't matter I just want to be fitter and healthy weight wise. I'm currently 5 foot 7 and weigh 14stone at my heaviest fluctuation. I seem to gain and loose pounds annoyingly regular day to day I think my scales are rubbish but they are digital new ones so I'm trying to weigh my self once a week for an accurate rrading. I want someone to buddy up with me and so we can help each other, I'm in a rut and trying to change but so tired all tbe time! Hsd a blood test recently to tezt for hyperthyroidism but came back negative whixh is good but doesnt explain the cronic tiredness. Oh well.
