My first day

So Monday, February 22nd will be my first day to getting back on track! I am aiming to lose 45 pounds... the weight I gained from having my son... who is now 6 months old... so it is time for me to get back into the swing of things!!! No excuses!!!

    Well, you've come to the right place! MFP is the best tool I've come across in helping me lose weight. I've been using the site for 20 days and while I've only lost 5lbs, (still building my willpower and kicking myself in the butt to exercise more :blushing: ) but I FEEL better and healthier just from eating a little better and moving a little more. :smile:
