what are the certain food groups You should have in your diet to keep the weight off or to lose weight
or to always stay healthy and feel alive, ???

    It's about balance, really. Make sure you eat your essential nutrients (the nutrients your body can't make), get enough fruits and veggies, get your protein, and balance your carbs and fats. It's a juggling act, but once you start getting used to it, you won't have to think about it anymore.

    You need protein, fat, and carbohydrates and a variety of micronutrients. Best way to do this is to aim to get the majority of your calories from good wholesome food. Don't lose sight of the big picture.

    for me it has always been high protein & veggies a little fruit. I eat a big salad or cook stirfry every day. no processed food, try to cook fresh food every day, nut's for snacks. as a women in my late 40's this way of eating has kept me healthy and aging well.
