If only they'd make this kind of information readily available...perhaps electronically where we could use our computers to access it.
But alas, 'tis only a dream.
Perhaps someday. Some day. *sigh*0 -
but just to clarify Jof.....
no one...i repeat no one...has called you a Blue Whale Pleaser....

"Breeder" means what you think it does. But it also means you make too many babies.0

*phew*
It's a good thing I had the sense to search for the definition of that term before posting this.
(It's a shame I didn't for the other two though.)

I know this is probably off topic but I'd only ever heard the term "feeder" to mean someone that is sexually aroused or gratified by watching someone else eat glutonously/eat purposely to gain weight.
That's the only context I heard it in as well.
Sometimes being on MFP, when people start talking about starvation mode or plateaus, I think I must be a melter (I never heard that term until just now). But, just to be clear, I am not trying to lose weight and would never eat low calories.,,but that's because if I did I would lose too much weight. I eat to maintain my weight.
Edit: Oh, I see this was already cleared up. And melter has a different definition also...haha.0 -
You win with your profile's first sentence:
"About Me
People - I don't like them. "0 -
A few weeks ago, I was called a "melter" by someone on MFP.0

he/she is a melter
your a meltboy

according to the Urban Dictionary
Well, that's a relief.
Wait a second...that's even worse. So that means that of those three terms I referenced initially, I only had the correct definition of one of them.
...or is someone now going to tell me that "breeder" doesn't mean what I thought it did???
Another term is food pusher. People who feel the need to push food on others (usually junky food).
This is an odd thread.0 -

A few weeks ago, I was called a "melter" by someone on MFP. I think this is a term for people who lose fat "easily", or at least perceived to be able to. (In this specific case, it was likely meant to be derogatory...and I was called that because of my audacity to assert that most people can still lose weight even when eating more than 1200 daily calories...but that's a different post.)
Just now, I read where someone referred to their SO as a "feeder". I presume that is someone who promotes overeating by encouraging someone else to eat more.
(And I was once jokingly called a "breeder" by a homosexual friend of mine, a slang term used by some homosexual guys in reference to heterosexual guys/couples...but since this is a diet related forum post, let's stick to the topic and ignore this one.)
So, what other (diet related) terms/labels are there like these?0 -

How so? I don't see anyone being excluded. Anyone who wants to partake and add input on this discussion is more than welcome. It is a public forum after all0 -
