I agree with the person above! Find some good friends to help you along the way. Log in every day and hold yourself accountable to yourself. That's the mental part - which is a big part of weight loss!
Move your body every day in some way that you do not normally do. That's the physical part.
Eat less, eat better. Stay well hydrated (preferably with water). Eat your fruits and vegetables. Stay within your calorie range as much as possible. That's the nutrition part.
