Need friends for lots of motivation for the new year!

I'm not new here, but I'm falling off the wagon and I NEED motivators! I will not start this new year off badly! I've been eating so badly for the past month or so since I've upped my calories, and I've taken advantageof them with cookies, chips, and cake. So please add me! I need as much help as I can get :) all ages are accepted

    Let's support each other. every journey begins with one step. I am sooo very lucky during the holidays as I can absolutely OPT OUT of everything! Even if someone drops off food, as soon as they leave I cover it in dish detergent and throw it out! yeah.

    I am retreading The Full Spectrum by Dr. Dean Ornish, books by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.

    I am about healthy eating. I rarely eat meat, fish or chicken so that helps.

    THREE Weakest Points in My Program:
    1. I have a hard time stopping eating in the evening. Last night I went upstairs and read. No excessive eating. Maybe I just have to do that for a while. I don't keep any obvious junk in the house but I,just keep eating....yogurt, toast and butter, PBJ, and on and on.

    2. It is very hard for me to eat a meal without distraction of TV. I ate breakfast looking out into the backyard this morning. It just feels weird sitting at the dining room table by myself! My H and I don't eat together...basically 2 bachelors!

    3. I have to get to,the gym. Normally I love to walk but Achilles tendonitis rules that out. I do go to,the barn every day to work with, see, ride my horse so at least there is some hill walking.

    any insight is appreciated.
