    Clearly people either hate or love it. The best option is to just try it. From a friend a free sample eBay etc. because not one of us are in the lab of any of these companies. I love things I hate them. Heard great things about amp wheybolic ex60 from GNC heard bad things. IMO when the worse thing you can say about something is the price I want to know more. Good luck.

    I use Beachbody's tropical strawberry shake. I mix it with orange or cranberry juice and it tastes fantastic. I have it as my breakfast and it fills me up for a good 3-4 hours. I have lost weight with it as well because it cleans out your system. I love the product so much I actually signed up as a Beachbody coach so I can get the product at a discount.

    I think my next step is to go to GNC.
    GNC is just as over priced as BB. I've found the best prices on Amazon.com or The Vitamin Shoppe in the order.
