Hey,
I stumbled accross this site while looking at running for obese people etc, and so thought I'd give it a go and maybe this time I might get somewhere. I have struggled for many years with overeating and must say I eat to feel better etc, and boy can I devour the stuff!
This was not my life plan, to be a 36yr old divorcee, and no one else can help me, so lets see what happens.

Welcome and best wishes! I think many of us are in the same boat of being frustrated with too many false starts, and are looking to make some real changes. Take care.0

i have been losing weight since septemebr and nearly lost 3 stones. I am lucky cos i can afford to go to rosemary conely diet and workout classes once a week. I do find some of the weightwatchers sweet food very nice (if you have a sweet tooth). Just take your time and eat sensibly. I love using this site for telling me how much calories i have eaten.0
