Hello New to my fitnesspal

Need to lose about 30 lbs and trying to get focused on losing this excess weight. I feel pretty sluggish with this added poundage on. It's been at least a good 6 months since i last exercised and many failed attempts to get back on track. Today i finally decided enough is enough and its time to end this stupid cycle and get back on track. My goal is to exercise a minimum of 20 mins a day and Eat as clean as possible within my calorie range.

If anyone is out there to be a helping hand with some support and accountability i would greatly appreciate it. I am still learning to navigate through this website for the first time.
