30DS plus?

Hey guys! So I'm currently on Day 14 of the 30 Day Shred and I gotta say, it is definitely tough! I'm thinking of taking the day off tomorrow, but we'll see. I'm JUST doing the shred and watching calories (eating a net of 1380) and I've gotten some results (2lbs lost and maybe an inch or two). I am a little discouraged with the results so far, but I'm going to continue with it and hopefully get more inches lost! What are you guys doing with the shred? Are my results okay for the time frame? Should I add more to my workout routine or just stick to doing only the shred?
