Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, muscle gain?

Today is gonna be my 1st day with 30DS..but I read it in a lot of forums that doing 30DS everyday leads to gain in muscles? I don't want that seriously! I just want to tone myself up..lose a few inches (weight is not much of a concern) ..but it's a big NO to Muscles! Please help me out?..what should I do so that I don't gain any muscles but only shred the fat off my body parts? Please please help me out!!

    As long as you stay away from the anabolic steroids, you're not going to gain muscle. Women have a hard time gaining muscle anyway due to the low levels of testosterone in the body, plus the fact that you're (presumably) in a caloric deficit, which gives your body no "building materials" to build muscle with.

    Don't worry, you won't wake up one morning looking like a female bodybuilder (or even a figure competitor) all of a sudden. Those women worked a lot harder for their bodies than doing a Jillian video.
