Skinny-fat gal looking to tone and be healthy!

Hi y'all - just a short intro :) I consider myself 'skinny-fat', in that I don't have a weight issue per se, although I'd like to lose about 7 lbs. I've fallen into more of a sedentary lifestyle than I'd like due to kids, work and general fatigue. I spent too much time in front of my computer (I work for myself) - sometimes I wonder if working for someone else might mean more free mental time in the evenings to work out!!

Anyway, I used to be quite active - martial arts, running, biking, dancing, gym. I developed thyroid disease about 10 years ago which brought a good amount of fatigue.

Currently:

119 lbs (my 'normal' fit weight is about 112)
5'4"
Switching to vegetarian diet (healthy eater, generally, though I love sugar and baking :P )
I've got really skinny legs, arms, but I've got hips and booty lol
