I'm currently transitioning into the vegan lifestyle and I have noticed nutritional yeast seems to be a key ingredient in many vegan recipes. Do I have to order it online or do any major shops do it? like Holland and Barrett? I've noticed they have a 'Brewers yeast powder', is this the same thing? thanks. Also if there are any vegan food essentials I will need to pick up it'd be great to know?

Holland and Barrett don't sell it, and Brewers yeast is not the same. Your best bet is online.
Yeast is a fungi, not an animal/animal derivative.0
