Fitbit question re: activity setting

I have my MFP activity level set to Sedentary (though I am not at all) and have my Fitbit linked. Is this correct? Should I be eating the Fitbit Adjustment calories back? Yesterday I earned back 977, though that did include a six mile run.
I am just not sure if I should leave my activity level on Sedentary or not. Thank you, sorry if this has been asked!

It doesn't matter. If you set MFP to higher activity level you will get higher calories allowance but your adjustment will be decreased by the same difference. In theory you should eat them back but it's trial and error as all the numbers are estimates.0
