2012 Sucesses, and 2013 Resolutions!!

<
My 2012 Success!! I went from zero diet zero exercise to crosfitting 4-5 times a week!! I started at the end of May and am totally addicted!! my 2012 goal was to stick with exercising at our box every week at least 4 times, and i've stuck with it!!

my 2013 Resolution is to worry less about what I eat between Christmas and New Years, and worry more about what i eat between New Years and Christmas!! I know if I had a clean diet this entire year i'd be much farther along than i am, but I'm excited to live another day to get started on it!! So excited to see where I will be one year from now!!

What is everyone's success this year, and what are your resolutions for next year?? Post pictures, stories of trials and tribulations, and how you plan to stick to it!

3...2...1...Go!

Great idea!!! I've been fretting about what I've eaten the few days before/during/after the holidays, but this is an awesome outlook!

I started Stronglifts 2 weeks ago, and I was talking to a trainer/Olympic judo wrestler at the gym about squats. He told me most professional athletes can squat their body weight! So that is my goal... to squat 137-140lbs and say "I can squat my body weight just like pro athletes!"

I started at 55lbs & am up to 75lbs as of now.
