Motivation

I really need help staying motivated. I know it has to be ME who WANTS and and I do, I just let myself get so wrapped up and busy with other things. I was on a roll there for a bit going to the gym and doing personal training but with the holidays and stuff it has just kinda taken a back seat... ):

  • Don't beat yourself up over it. Just get back on track. Don't think about how "bad" you were, just focus on today. You can't change what has already happened, you can only do it differently from this second forward. Christmas is a very hard time for dieting. I personally have to get back on track too. We can do it!!
