ripped in 30 or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism?

Hello!!

I did 30 day shred a few months ago and lost inches :) I'm an apple shaped body 5"4 141 pounds and want to lost 10 (ideally 15 but we will see!) My arms and legs are pretty toned... i really want to lose stomach fat... now ripped in 30 i will make your stomach flatter but will the other DVD be better for my goal?

I would rather do ripped in 30 just cause i have this schema in my head that you should do it after 30 day shred... what do you guys think?

Ps i like how it's 20-30 minutes- i know ripped in 30 is but is the other DVD?

    I did 30DS and than her RI 30 and after that I did BFBM rotated with No More Trouble Zones, now I'm doing insanity.

    BFBM is 50mins as well as NMTZ
