So the site allots me 1470 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week. Just say I lose 10 pounds, do I have to go into the site and change my information to get less calories to keep losing weight? Do I stick with the 1470? Thanks!

You do have to change your calories - but the program will ask you to do it when you lose every 10 pounds. Good luck!0
