I'm going to try my hardest to cut out red meats out of my diet. I just had a kidney test and it was high for the levels. Scares me like no other! I'm diabetic.

Is venison a high red meat? My husband hunts so it's going to be hard to explain to him I can't have it anymore.
other then chicken, fish and turkey is there something else?
Pork is that a red meat or white?

I have a doc apt tomorrow but I'm going grocery shopping today.. Grrrr
