Lauryn - Feel free to give yourself a mild pity party for just a bit. I don't think there's a single person on here who hasn't done that before. But I'm glad you'll be turning into empowerment soon. And you're not a liar on the weight loss. You HAVE lost it. You just temporarily found some of it again. You'll lose it again in no time. (((hugs))) We're here for you!!! And you have my prayers that the custody battle ends the way you want it and soon! She is an adorable little girl!!

Sandy I wish you better healing in the foot, sometimes feet take forever to heel due to all the pressure we apply to them, hang in there!!!

There is NO better time than getting to the gym than NOW, you are stressed (I would be too) and eating because of it so the gym will not only burn calories but will definitely be the best stress reliever. Don't just think about it get there, post us afterwards of what you did and how it made you feel!!! Come on please!!!!! Remember your feelings of shame over weight gain is NOT something we haven't experienced!!! Chin up- buck up & LACE UP!!!!

I have been doing good and hopefully the scale tells it tomorrow but with hypothyroidism against you, you just NEVER know! Right now I feel good, have energy, and the clothes feel good so I really do NOT care what the scale says!!! have a great day!

HI SIXERS!!!!
(HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TAMM!!! SOUNDED LIKE A GOOD ONE!!!!)
Okay, so I am officially on spring break, so excited to have so much time to do things on my TO DO list, and for the first time since wednesday to spend AMPLE amounts of time at the gym!!! So to my great surprise I unofficially weighed in this morning to prepare myself for the worst tomorrow, and I am down a lb!!! I was shocked to see that!!!! I havent ate the best, and i havent worked out since wednesday, so this was a crazy good surprise! I started an Amish Friendship Bread starter this morning! Its going to take a 10 days for it to be ready, but I am excited!!! I can't wait for wednesday either, I am meeting with my trainer! She is going to give me a serious fat burning and body toning work out! I can't wait!!!!!!!
I also can't wait for my birthday which is on march 31st, I cant wait to turn 20 lol.
Alrighty I will be back after the gym to do personals and just hang out!

SANDY-- i did get my workout in ... 3 1/2 miles of it ! hehe ! plus warm up andcool down ! FELT SO GREAT to walk that long ! my muscles were doing a dance haha ! aw so sorry about your foot ! it sucks to have injuries ! know your body limits !
kristin- im sure you will do great tomorrow ! Weekends are the worst ! hows Kadence?!?! sleeping and eating well?!?!

Find a place in your mind where you remember feeling SO thin, healthy, and IN CONTROL... and feed off of it ! Ive been having to do it to get by! ... i agree with Verda-- this morning i so did not feel like working out but I MADE MYSELF and i got in 3 1/2 miles before the baby woke up ! I WAS SO SO SO proud of getting that done ! and will continue to do that DVD each morning ! till I can do the 5 miles !!!!!!! 5 miles a day will totally kickstart my weight loss!

Morning.
I feel like a fraud. I'm gaining weight. Big time. Closing back in on the 160s rapidly, instead of hitting the upeer 140s.
I'm having a mild pity party but will turn it into empowerment soon.
I even stopped accepting friend requests this week, just leaving them sitting, because they are all applauding me on my weight loss. Makes me feel like a big liar.
I'm tossing things around in my mind today. How to stop smoking. Is now the right time? How to lose this weight and focus. Is now the right time to start back to the gym? (I'm in the middle of a custody battle. It's tough.)
I'm working on it.... I'm a work in progress and always intend to be. Moving forward in a positive direction.
You are not a fraud! You have lost soooo much and YOU did it! You have a right to stressed right now, which might be where some of the weight is coming from. But you recognize that you are going in the wrong direction. You are a powerful person. Do what you think is right. Trust yourself and have faith! Most of all be kind to yourself...

Been a rough couple of days. I had the stomache flu come through the house but luckily it passed me by.

Ok - just updating my weight for the end of the 6 week challenge. I'm at a 1.4 pound gain but I think that's pretty good considering the very stressful month we've had. I am so glad February is gone and I'm finally feeling my mood come back up to where it should be. So, on to the future.

I'm up a little this week due to TOM, but down 0.2 lbs since the start of the challenge. It's not a ton of weight to lose, but I'm very happy that I lost anything at all. I'd even be happy to maintain right now. I just can't wait until the weather is nice again (it's snowing here today -- yuck!) and I can start walking and jogging again.
