Considering that I've had a bit of a problem with binge eating sometimes, the only way to recover from a bad episode for me is to just not eat for a while until I genuinely really need to. It sets my head straight.0

Thanks to you both! I think with the tendency to binge eat is my issue too... I think that makes total sense as to why intermittent fasting appeals to me.

If you have issues with binge eating I would be cautious about an IF approach. I would actually think it could make that behavior worse because you're essentially shortening your feed window and eating larger meals.0 -
