I know this may seem like a strange question, I have always had fine brittle hair ever since dinosaurs roamed the earth. There is many ladies on here with beautiful hair, and I am looks for some practical suggestions for growth rather it be shampoo or treatments. I currently take many vitamins and use Nioxin. Anything else that might help?!?! Thanks!

OK... get biotin and Niacin supplements and take them daily.. they must be taken daily to see the effects, and it will take 1-2 months until you really start noticing a difference. Also, there is a brand called Nioxin that is specifically for thin, brittle hair that wont grow... and it really works.. I have recommended it to several of my clients and they have noticed a difference!

also for the biotin supplement, you are going to want to make sure you take at least 5000 mcg daily to really get the benefits and see a difference.

it should not interfere with your multi just check and see how much biotin and niacin is in your multi and add to that
